What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, the topic you choose, your preferred call time and what you write in the message box.
Why we use it
- To call you back about your enquiry (legitimate interests).
- If you become a client, to act for you (contract) and to meet our legal duties, including identity and anti-money laundering checks (legal obligation).
Who sees it
Our staff, and our form, email and case management providers, which act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to instructions are deleted after 12 months. Client files are kept for at least 6 years after the matter ends, and longer for wills and some property matters.

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
