Questions
Will my employer pay for the advice?
Most employers contribute £350 to £500 + VAT towards your legal advice on a settlement agreement.
Is there a time limit for a claim?
Yes, and it is short. You must contact ACAS before making a tribunal claim, so call us as soon as something happens at work.
Can you act for my employer?
We act for employees on this page. Our business team advises employers, but never on the same matter.
